Whether it’s through playful, creative sessions with kids or deep, meaningful conversations with adults, I pride myself in therapy that's approachable and even enjoyable. At Rosewood, it’s all about finding the tools you need to heal and thrive—no matter where you’re starting from! 

Based in the heart of Shropshire, in Ludlow and surrounding areas, I work face to face, online and via telephone.

I have over 7 years experience working with Children and Young people who struggle in todays world, as well as adults who may need support to find their path to their own healing.
